Twice a day, after cleansing, apply first to areas that would benefit from a more lifted look, especially around cheekbones and lower half of the face, then smooth over the entire face for added hydration benefits. Does what it says it will do
This product was recommended by one of the Ulta staff. it's very expensive but it's lasted me a while as I start it on the sides of my chin and smooth it up to my cheekbones. I don't put it all over my face, just jaw, smile lines and up to cheeks. The lift is amazing and it fills in my lower jaw and smile lines. I'm surprised it works so well. I'll probably purchase again when I run out it works that well.

Broke
I contacted Ulta as soon as i got the product to let them know the pump did not work, there was no inner item to pump the serum out, for the amount I paid for this, you would think they would have checked to make sure the pump works, ulta has not responded with a fix, so I guess I'll just return it.
Issue with bottle dispensing lotion

There is no tube connected inside the bottle to pump the lotion out. I had to take the top off and get it out using my finger.
