Glide the matte eyeliner along the upper lash line from the inner to outer corner of the eye. Apply along the lower lash line for added intensity!

I finally found a liner that goes on smoothly and love it but when it came time to advance the liner, it would not work. I should have read the reviews first. Won't be trying this product again.
Amazing eyeliner
I love this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly, it's very bold, water proof, stays on all day, no smudges. The only negative thing is, it's hard to remove. You're going to need some makeup remover to completely take it off.

Like many other people who posted here, once the tip of the liner was used up, I could not advance it, no matter how much I twisted the bottom. Was a waste of money as I only got a few applications out of it. Would be nice if Maybelline would offer to refund our money or send us a new product. Very disappointing. Had the same issue with their Tattoo Studio product. Clearly this is a quality control issue and it would be good if Maybelline had done more troubleshooting before putting it on the market.

I legit cried like a baby the other day and this did run or fade. It doesn't fade when it's extremely hot out. It's so easy to use and bold. Great drugstore product.
