I've been having a hard time getting it off, what would you suggest is the best way to get the waterproof one off?

Waterproof mascara is formulated to cling to lashes and withstand water and the elements, so it should only be removed with a proper eye makeup remover. Water alone won't cut it, and soap will strip and dry out lashes in the removal process (while also less effective than an eye makeup remover.) It was great until...
I bought the BURGUNDY color and I loved the way it looked and how buildable it is! Although you can only see the color out in the sun. But...this caused an allergic reaction on my eyes badly !!!! The next day after wearing, my eyes were so irritated, swollen, itchy and in pain!! I'm guessing there is some red pigment in there that caused that. I have the blue color and I love it but the burgundy one was a total fail!
