[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I don't have curly hair like the brush is marketed for - mine is more of a loose wave,but it still works amazingly well for me! This brush has been perfect for my very thick, dense, and easily tangled hair. The teeth are strong enough to glide through knots with ease, yet flexible enough that it doesn't feel like it's causing any damage. It's also super easy to clean. The slick plastic base doesn't trap hair or debris like the rubbery cushions on other brushes. Another plus: no ball tips on the bristles means hair comes off more easily, and it doesn't collect those annoying lint balls. Bonus use: not what it's made for, but I love using it to massage and stimulate my scalp during oil treatments. The stiff bristles work way better than those flimsy rubber scalp massagers. Next i think I want to try the one specifically for wet hair
