I'm not sure how I feel about this detangler. It worked pretty well on my daughter's hair but not the best on mine. Her hair has a more fine texture and mine a more coarse texture. It made my hair tangle more as it detangled hers and made it easier to work with her hair. 7/10

Truly FF + effective!
I'm so happy Not Your Mother's keeps putting out useful and *truly* fragrance free curly products—please continue!! I have fine curls that can get weighed down easily, so I apply a moderate amount on fairly wet hair and brush through with my Tangle Teezer. It's a great addition before my SEEN serum/heat protectant and NYM's fragrance free gel! Easy detangling before styling and adds some nice light conditioning, too. I also appreciate the little spray lock. Very handy for travel.

I've only used on my son's hair as we keep it cut low. It smells nice, but overall isn't very useful. My daughters' both have locs. I think this just isn't the proper product for our hair type
