Just what I've been needing
Couldnt find a liner that was not soft enough for smudging anywhere. I almost bought Mac teddy brown liner but found this one in teddy which is a cheaper alternative . It smudged perfectly for a smoked out look. Definitely happy with my new liner and recommend to anyone looking for a soft smudging eyeliner.
not smooth at all
I bought this because Im broke and it was the cheapest on the market. It works, but its clumpy and not that pigmented. You can definitely tell how cheap it is.
