Why is isopropyl alcohol in the formulation/ingredients? What function does it serve?

The Isopropyl Alcohol comes to us as part of a conditioning ingredient. During manufacturing and the heated phase of the formulation process, there is little to none left in the formula to have any drying effect once manufactured. I can't say this had much effect on my hair as far as locking in color. I have dry, brittle hair and this did leave my hair very hydrated!

Transforms hair
This product transforms your hair to healthy, silky, manageable, bouncy, shiny. Everything you want. It doesnt weigh it down or leave a coating that I can tell. I have good hair but starting to get some grays and I highlight. We have hard water. This makes my hair feel 20 again!
