Start the chin and sweep outward towards the hairline. Continue sweeping movement up one side of the face until you reach the forehead. Repeat this movement on the other side of the face. Focus on the jawline and cheekbones and sweep down the neck to depuff the face. Store in the freezer for an added cooling affect.

This is the third gua sha I've owned and by far my favorite. I love a good facial massage before bed. And on Sunday mornings . I carry a lot of tension in my face and this helps a lot . It also helps with puffiness
