How To Use

Outline, and then fill in the full lip. Smack those lips. Lightly swipe color on apples of cheeks and blend outwards with your fingers.

Belle, Purity and PixiI own these in Pixi, Belle and Purity, and let me tell you- they are fantastic. They glide on SO easily and are fully opaque. There is no patchiness, tugging, nadda! Oh and they do not bleed at all or settle into lip lines which is a huge deal for me. Now, these are matte, but they are not as long lasting as the liquid mattes that dry down. However, these DO dry down but do not feel as drying and stiff as liquid lipsticks. Anyways, the point I'm getting to is that if you eat something, it will wear off slightly (only slightly!!) on the inner lips, so you will have to reapply, but with drinking I noticed that it does not transfer onto cups or bottles which is fantastic! So even though they don't last as well through food as some liquid lipsticks do, the comfort and actual application of this product trumps all the negative aspects it has (only saying negative as I know some people may see it as that, however I don't see anything negative about reapplying maybe 1-2x per day). My lips are quite pigmented depending on how they feel lol so they range from a soft pink to a medium berry pink. Over my lips, each color looks as described: Pixi- True nude, will probably look the same as your skintone if you are light skinned (I am fair, so it's still nude for me but not so nude that it looks like concealer on my lips- it's a nude with a brown undertone, very pretty) Belle- True pink nude, it looks super soft and delicate on my lips. It is darker than pixi but still a nude, but more of a mauve/pink nude. Purity- This is a subdued medium plum-pink-nude. It's actually a shade or maybe two shades darker than my natural lip color. I added a photo of me wearing this so you can see how it looks on the lips (and how nicely it applies!)AwfulFirst I would like to say I am not the type of person to leave a review as negative as this one, I look for the positive in absolutely everything. I was so excited to finally find the perfect nude for my skin tone (Pixi, I have been searching for the perfect nude for YEARS). I wore it for the first time while I was at work, only a four hour shift. I looked in the mirror after less than an hour and I was so embarrassed to have been walking around at work with the way it looked! It had already sunk into all of the cracks in my lips and made one of those lines near the edge of your lip going into your mouth. I was honestly so surprised because it feels so creamy and looks great when first applying it, but instead of even just plain wearing off it just turns out horrid looking.
