Apply to towel dried hair before blow drying. Use 5-7 sprays from roots to ends, making sure you apply as evenly as possible. Flip hair upside down while blow drying for extra lift and hold at the root. Once hair is completely dry, style with hot tools as desired.

The Instant Lift Thickening Spray is perfect to add volume and lift to your style but it does not have heat protection. For thermal protection we recommend using the Kristin Ess Hair Style Assist Blow Dry Mist. I'm so so sorry to say that this light hold and minimal texture really didn't do much for my short textured and layered hair. The hold is pretty light and I needed to back it up with another texture spray to get the fuller effect. This bottle says to use 5-7 sprays, I used a lot more and still felt like my hair was flat. I did blow-dry my hair upside down like the bottle said but it still didn't do much. This will not be my daily go-to but I will use it for light hold days and I'll surely use a lot more sprays than suggested. I like this brand of products and will continue to buy other products from this line. Their Thickening Mousse has a lot of hold and scrunches well for a textured and volumes look. I'll go for their mousse instead next time. Glad I got to try this out, however!!!
Nice Texture, Soft Hold

I bought this online to give it a try as I have used a lot of different texture sprays on my shorter hair. I bought 5 texture products from Ulta and this texture spray offers soft hold and nice texture. I did blow dry my hair with this product and it helped me get better volume and texture. I will surely buy this product again! Also, prices are great, especially during sale times. I much prefer to shop online because I like to try new things often. Thanks for another great product!!!

Dry & Tangled
I really wanted to like this stuff because my hair is flat and lacks volume. I tried this stuff and followed the how to use directions on the bottle. My hair was EXTREMELY dried out and tangled after using this product. After blow drying it, I immediately tried to brush it out and it felt like it was ripping my hair out. Immediately got in the shower and did a hair mask to restore hydration and get rid of the tangles. Not sure if it just didn't agree with my hair type (says for all hair types), but never again will use this. I have a bunch of split ends now from all the tangles.
Volume & Thickness
I towel dried, sprayed on my thinning part, let it sit for a few minutes before drying & it actually made my widening part fuller. This is good stuff! Probably the best thickening spray ive used and ive tried so many desperately trying to fill in my thinning part.
