I have used So Long Damage for a very long time and with it being discontinued tried this. It is horrible. My hair smells and feels horrible. It is just not the quality I am used too. Really sad that I will have to find a different manufacturer for my hair care products.

I have been using Matrix So Silver shampoo for 20+ years. Have loved it, getting so many compliments from strangers about how beautiful my hair is ... even asked if they could touch it. My hair is thick, turned gray after chemo, my stylist recommended Matrix, and I love it. But the last couple months my hair is turning yellow with a purple tint. Would love to know why. I'm tempted to quit using but I still get compliments on my hair, even with the rainbow effect.
This makes my scalp itchy!
I cant use any matrix products I've tried food for soft, mega sleek and this one. All of them break me out and cause a itchy scalp. Its sad because I love the way they make my hair feel. This one feels like it leaves a buildup though.
Worst shampoo I've ever used
Was good at first and then over time my hair started breaking off and coming out. My hIr was healthy before i used this stuff. Very disappointed

i purchased the shampoo and conditioner months ago and it just did nothing for me. it dried my scalp out more and made it itchier after washes. did not help with my fine hair breakage
