InfinitiPRO By Conair The Knot Dr. All-in-One Dryer Brush<div>Your prescription for tangle-free styling with less frizz and more volume!</div><div><br></div>
I have extremely curly hair and it tangles pretty badly. I was so excited to try the Infiniti Pro The Knot Dr. It typically takes me over an hour to dry my hair because it is so thick and gets extremely knotted. The Knot Dr was very beneficial in detangling and reduced the time it takes to dry my hair to about 20 minutes. It left me with a great blowout and my hair was very soft after use. It was the perfect size and comes with two attachments. I highly recommend.
First I'm gonna start off with a little background with my knowledge in this type of products. I started using blow drying brushes about two years ago when they became very popular on the market. I bought several different brands but none quite worked on my semi curly/wavy hair. About a year and a half ago I found a competing dryer let's call it Pinky. I've been using pinky for about a year and a half settling now, and while it's not the greatest it gets the job done. My main issues with pinky is that when I use it while it does straighten my hair very well, it leaves the entire top story of my home very steamy/smoky. I have called cut their customer service and they have sent a replacement in which I've used and still had the same issue. That being said I still use it on a very regular basis. So here goes my detailed review on this
Conair the knot Dr. blow dryer.
Very colorful features
Cooling button close to where your thumb can hit it while using it.
Removable head to switch brushes.
Very awkward shape as it is thin in the middle of the handle but gets widened at the end.
Top grip is super short and my fingers kept slipping.
Does not brush smooth through the hair, actually pulled a lot of hair out. Ouch!
Power cord is very short.
Bristles are short and rather flimsy.
Heat was not hot enough and left my hair still rather frizzy every time.
Because said heat didn't get hot enough, it took a VERY long time to finish my hair.
Very loud(but also expected)
All in all, I'm kinda disappointed in the results that it gave. But, I think with some tweaking, it's be an awesome product!
This product was purchased in July and had been working fine until recently. I noticed my skin and clothing being covered in little tiny black specks after using it. I took it apart and cleaned it and can't find out where they are coming from.
it made my hair look good
This doesn't have enough power to dry or style the hair, even though I had used another good dryer to take away most of the wetness from my hair.
I would not recommend this to anyone.
The product has a detachable brush which popped off in use on my thick, curly hair. I burned my hand when I picked it up to reattach it. I returned it and repurchased the Revlon.
I have very thick, long, coarse hair -- it frizzes easily. This tool, combined with multiple smoothing products does a pretty good job smoothing it, but I still need to use a flat iron for the smoothing to hold more than an hour. I'd recommend it for someone with less hair than I have.
