Most Helpful Positive Review Dries really fast
When I first seen how big this product was I was a little concerned, but then found it actually was beneficial. My hair is really thick but I was able to dry it in 5 to 10 mins. I split my hair in half to the right and left and was able to fit my whole chunk of hair in it so it cuts down time. It's so easy to dry and style with this because of the brush being really big, at least for my long thick hair. I love that you can detangle, dry, style, smooth and add shine, and add volume all in one tool. I didn't have many knots this time but what tangles I did have this was gentle and worked great on them. I also love that it is purple as that's my favorite color.
The only thing I didn't 100% like is when you turn it to low it only changes the temperature not the speed. The high speed kept blowing my hair a bit making it a little bit staticky, so I would of liked to turn it down at the end to smooth it out more while styling. It smoothed it out a good amount though and cut down on most of the frizz and made it shiny. I am not comfortable posting pictures of myself at this time but as you can see in the pictures below a before pic of my damp hair and an after pic with mostly smooth hair. This picture is just a side shot of my hair without any other styling or curling just styled a bit with the InfinitePRO by Conair detangling hot air brush. It definitely tamed my hair and gave it a bit of a curl plus shine and this was with just a quick less than 10 minute dry/style.
I definitely recommend this to people especially with long thick hair because it is a time saver and so much easier to use than any other beauty tool I've used with drying/styling in one.
Most Helpful Critical Review I wanted to love it... I really did... but...
First I'm gonna start off with a little background with my knowledge in this type of products. I started using blow drying brushes about two years ago when they became very popular on the market. I bought several different brands but none quite worked on my semi curly/wavy hair. About a year and a half ago I found a competing dryer let's call it Pinky. I've been using pinky for about a year and a half settling now, and while it's not the greatest it gets the job done. My main issues with pinky is that when I use it while it does straighten my hair very well, it leaves the entire top story of my home very steamy/smoky. I have called cut their customer service and they have sent a replacement in which I've used and still had the same issue. That being said I still use it on a very regular basis. So here goes my detailed review on this
Conair the knot Dr. blow dryer.
Very colorful features
Cooling button close to where your thumb can hit it while using it.
Removable head to switch brushes.
Very awkward shape as it is thin in the middle of the handle but gets widened at the end.
Top grip is super short and my fingers kept slipping.
Does not brush smooth through the hair, actually pulled a lot of hair out. Ouch!
Power cord is very short.
Bristles are short and rather flimsy.
Heat was not hot enough and left my hair still rather frizzy every time.
Because said heat didn't get hot enough, it took a VERY long time to finish my hair.
Very loud(but also expected)
All in all, I'm kinda disappointed in the results that it gave. But, I think with some tweaking, it's be an awesome product!

I tried one from Hot tools that honestly worked amazingly well but when I saw that this one has the detachable head so you could use it to get your hair to the right dryness before using the brush I had to give it a try. Plus it was about 30% cheaper than the hot tools one. I was nervous at first because hot tools has a nice weight to it and just works so well, it feels very well made and this one felt lighter and I was nervous the brush wouldn't work as well but I was wrong. I actually love the lightness of this one because your arm doesn't get tired and the brush works great! Plus, the extra bonus of being able to take off the brush head and use it purely as a blow dryer really helps to save time especially when traveling and you don't want to have to bring 2 tools or wait for your hair to air dry a little bit since it needs to be damp and not soaking wet. One of my favorite purchases ever and definitely my favorite hair tool! Trust me, just get it.
Amazing fantastic love this

Amazing fantastic love this tool so much! Great for short/long hair. Love that it's much quicker then the blower dryer and it doesn't kill my arm
Love this Conair brush!!

Love this Conair brush!! Two for one brush and blow dryer. Dries hair a bit slower but having the brush allows my hair to dry a lot more smooth and less frizzy.
Excellent but for one unfortunate issue
Judes966 from Canada
I have been using this dryer brush for just under a year, and I absolutely love it, with one small exception which I'll mention last. I was using a competitor's product (an affordable one, not the ridiculously priced vacuum cleaner) and it gave a nice blowout, but was far too hot and damaged my hair really badly. I took a few months off and air dried or used a regular blow dryer and round brush while giving my hair a break, but I missed the ease, convenience and results so I decided to try this brand. At first, my hair was staticky but by the third or fourth use, the leave-in conditioner and/or heat protectant had worked itself into the bristles and that was no longer a problem. This Conair model is far superior because it has so many heat settings, so no damage! I love this thing. The problem is that the black finish on the handle started breaking down very early and I get little black flecks that look like sparkles all over my hands and they fall onto my face and are really hard to clean off! I hope Conair can source a new material for the handle to stop this issue. Meanwhile, I will have to find something to cover the handle with to reduce this messy, flaky problem. Please keep making this tool and maybe add another accessory since the heads can be interchanged. I'd like a smaller round brush for shorter hair. As far as I'm concerned, you can ditch the volumizing comb in favour of a smaller round brush.
i love this so

i love this so much! i've never been a fan of drying my hair because it makes it so frizzy but with this it's at least half the normal size and i feel like i have so much more control.

I loved this product. I have curly stubborn hair and this was easy on my hair. I was able to brush it and straighten out my hair properly. I would this was in a better size to travel with... But ConAir is a good company and the product is very good. I would definitely buy this again

This isn't a bad little hair dryer. I have very, very long hair that takes what seems like forever to air dry, so I was very excited about this recieving this one. It's a little awkward to hold for too long, but I think it would be perfect for someone with medium length hair.
Honestly, I am TERRIBLE
heathermh from undisclosed
Honestly, I am TERRIBLE at doing my hair. When I received this dryer brush I was SO excited to use it! After multiple attempts at my own nicely styled blown out hair, I am a complete failure. I do try every so often because I love the idea and concept of the dryer brush! My friends have them and they love them! I am just not able to get the hang of it. Heck, I can't even curl my own hair. I will keep trying because I'm no quitter, but for me, this is hard. But it is totally a great product and I have seen amazing results on other people. So I say go for it and get one!
Not my favorite
ally22 from undisclosed
This wasn't one of my favorite hair dryers compared to my other brand dryer. It didn't see to have to much "oomf" while pushing out air and it didn't dry my hair in as timely of a manner as I would like. I actually gave up with it most time and left my hair wet because of the amount of time it took for it to dry. I wouldn't buy it again if I needed to and I I think I would personally recommend it to anyone either. It did and "ok" job I would say. I do have very thick and long hair so it's be a real nice item for someone with thin short hair, but it wasn't it for me.
I LOVE IT!

This is the best styling tool i have ever owned. I have been a hair stylist for many years and I have never had a styling brush better than this one.. I would totally recomend for anyone with long hair!!!

I have been using this hot brush for a month and it has changed my life In a good way. No more struggling with a brush while I the hours to dry my hair with conventional hair dryer. My hair looks just the way it does after a professional bl I w out. No flyaway and my hair is super shiny and smooth.
Surprised & Delighted
Jo from DFW, TX
After the 1st use, I thought this Conair Hot Air Brush must go back... it's too heavy/awkward to use/results leave much to be desired. Decided to use a 2nd time and while still heavy (for me), I did NOT divide the hair as instructed and simply used in a manner that made sense for my hair type, style. etc. SO glad I did because the results look fabulous. Surprised & delighted, so keeping it!
Not for thick hair
Susan from NJ
This had great reviews so I had high hopes. I have lots of hair and it is thick. The brush was great with my hair type, but the air output was minimal. I used this once when my hair was about 85% dry already and it took as long as my regular hair dryer takes when my hair is only 10% dry! I returned it the next day.

I really did not think I'd like this but wow!! my hair was so smooth and full of beautiful volume. This has seriously been the tool I never knew I needed! Definitely one of my favorite purchases.

I admit, I am 38yo, but was SCARED to death of this sucker when I first received it. It was much larger than I expected (but, still lightweight). I have extremely long, thick hair and had visions of it being caught up in the brush. I even called to discuss a return but, fortunately, I decided to just try it. I LOVE it! It cut my normal hour long drying time down to about 25 minutes, no joke. It does the best job of any appliance I have used (most, much more expensive) to dry and straighten my wavy hair. I no longer have to use a flat iron, just a curling iron for the ends. It cuts down on frizz and gives me volume at the roots that is normally flattened out by the sheer weight of my hair. I highly recommend it!
Great Hair Tool!
JM from IL
I bought this on a whim because it was on sale, because I really liked that it advertised 'detangling.' I have medium length very fine hair, and a lot of it. It's also naturally wavy. One of my issues is that it is constantly getting tangled while blow drying. I already own many different hair tools, including the Revlon One-Step Volumizer Hair Dryer, which I've only used a few times because I don't really like it. I like this InfinitiPRO By Conair The Knot Dr. Detangling Hot Air Brush much better!
Pros: I like that it has different attachments and they're easy to change. When using the brush attachment, it dries my hair pretty quickly if it's already semi-dry. It makes my hair very smooth and bouncy. It gives great volume, which has always been tough for me to achieve. I love that I don't have to use my flat iron to finish my look - it really does help with frizz control too. It doesn't pull on my hair, and it really does help with detangling! It glides through my hair very well and doesn't pull on it like the Revlon one did. It is lightweight, easy to hold, and it has a nice long cord. It has 3 heat settings - cool, low, and high and it's easy to change between them while drying. I really love how my hair looks after using this, it looks just like I came from the salon.
Cons: It doesn't have more than one speed setting such as low/high. I would have liked it to have more than one setting, especially for when using it as a dryer as the air flow isn't very strong. If I don't air-dry my hair for a while, I found that using it as a dryer takes a long time to dry it enough to be able to use the brush setting. I starting using my dyson dryer instead to dry my hair about 75% of the way, and then using this tool with the brush setting to finish and that seems to be quicker. Also the pik attachment is ok, but I feel like it makes my hair more frizzy on top. I need to experiment with it more, but I typically don't use it.
Overall I love this tool, and use it everyday!

I have frizz prone, bleach damaged wavy hair that I like to blow out straight. I have been interested in trying a dryer brush for months now and got this on sale. Honestly I wasn't expecting it to be this nice. I was very pleased with my results, and I've used it a few times so far. Same drying time for me... it seemed kinda bulky but you get used to it and it's still lighter than my old hair dryer. My wrists would start hurting with my old one. I got excellent results, nice volume and body, and no frizz! For me that's a winner, because my hair is quite difficult! I definitely recommend this, it's worth trying!
Great hot air brush

My 5 y son loved the simplicity of the hair dryer without any attachments. He liked it better than the hair dryer for his hair since it is light and small and he can direct the stick. For me, with the large head attachment in didn't feel balanced in the hand. It does work quickly but your hair must be half way dry already. I have used other products of the type and this one was OK. The good part was the multi head tools.

Bleached hair: I usually have an extremely painful time blow-drying my hair because it gets stuck when it is damp. I have ZERO issues with this!!!
Tender head: My 2 daughters and I all have sensitive scalp issues. Nobody cries when I use this!!!
Detangling: No need to brush your hair before use!!!
Dry time: This cut our dry/style time in half(maybe more)!
Issues: If I had to complain, it would be that the dryer is quite loud. Also, I would prefer a longer cord.
Finally found one I love!!

I have tried several products like this and was left very disappointed. I absolutely love this one, and the fact that it's not over heavy and doesn't get tangled in my very course, curly/wavy hair is a amazing. Take it from someone with a lot of hair this thing is a life saver. Takes me half the time to fix my hair then it did prior to finding this jewel!!!
I'm surprised, in a good way!

I never review but this is definitely worth it! I have type 3 hair and it took less time to dry with this than it does with a regular dryer.
Not to mention, it straightened well and my hair is soft.
To prevent hair getting stuck, do smaller and even sections.
