Step 1: Prep your natural nails to ensure a strong adhesion. Aka, trim, file, and buff.
Step 2: Apply 1 thin coat of Infinite Shine Gel-like Base Coat and cap the free edge. Allow nails to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Apply 2 thin coats of any Infinite Shine shade and cap the free edge of each coat. Allow each coat to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Apply 1 coat of Infinite Shine Gel-like Top Coat over nail polish, cap the free edge, then let nails dry.

I purchased this nail polish in 2 colors, pink & red. I use the required step 1 base coat and then 2 coats of the step 2 color. I sealed it with the step 3 top coat. They look great. This was very thin and required three coats to cover my nail. I tried two bottles and they were alike. OPI has always been my go to brand. Not sure why this happened.
Something is wrong--new formula or bad batch
I've used OPI for years and pretty much all their lines. But I never had such an issue with one of their polishes being so STREAKY!. Even after multiple coats--trying it with and without base coat---it doesn't get solid. This one's going in the trash.
