Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail--1 is largest, 11 is smallest--for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.

These nails are super easy to apply. All you do is measure each nail to make sure it sits on the nail good and then peel the sticker off and stick them on.

As a nail tech I feel that I am perfect for this review. The product comes with a cuticle pusher and dehydrator wipes. Their adhesive includes a sticky things instead of glue. The nails themselves are easily bendable. With all that said I suggest for application, to push back cuticles, file your nail bed and etch the under of the press ons, wipe you nail beds with the dehydrator pads, and apply with nail glue instead of the sticky things. If you want even longer use I would suggest to top coat the press ons once they are on your hand. But overall they're worth the price if your application is good.
