Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail--1 is largest, 11 is smallest--for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.

Very soft
I've used several different sets of imPress nails over the years, and none of them have been as soft/ flexible as these are. I haven't had them on for long, but even with using glue on top of the adhesive tab, I have a feeling these aren't going to last very long and that I'll be removing them tomorrow out of frustration.

These nails are chic and sophisticated without being obnoxious. They stay in place and last for at least a week. Wish the stores hadn't stopped carrying so many choices.
nice natural nails
These are very nice natural nails, that are easy to apply. My only complaint is that these only stay on if you put them on at night. I've found that if you put them on during the day they start to peel off immediately, especially if you wash your hands once or twice.
