Is it known to irritate sensitive skin?
- Asked by Rusty
- Official Answer By SUNDAY RILEY - Brand EngageIce Ceramide-enriched moisturizer replenishes the skin with lasting hydration and strengthens the skin’s natural moisture barrier against environmental stressors responsible for premature aging. The texture is rich but lightweight, this dual action moisturizer uses beetroot and coconut extract to pull hydration into the skin, while ceramides, vitamin F, and pomegranate sterols strengthen the skin's natural moisture barrier, sealing in moisture. Ice is safe to use for sensitive skin and best for dry to very dry skin. Was this answer helpful to you

Amazing (slightly marzipan scented) moisturizer!
Phenomenal for dry skin. While my skin usually falls under the "normal" category, it can vary from "normal" to dry or oily. It really depends on the weather/time of year.... And the wrong product can make my usually normal-to-oily skin go to super dry and flaky very quickly. The Sunday Riley ICE moi...

Wanted to love but...
I am usually never compelled to do product reviews but I feel like for this one, I must. This cream goes on thick but melts into the skin with time...it left my skin feeling extremely hydrated and my makeup wore beautifully over this. I will give it that. I feel as if you are dry and have non sensit...

Texture Quality
I got a small sample of this cream a couple of years ago and I loved it, so I continued to buy. This last pot I bought though has a strange texture. I thought it might be okay so I tried it on and it feels pretty bad when applying. Its grainy, and pills. I contacted both Ulta and Sunday Riley for help and both companies refused to give me a replacement. So sad. I wish I could say I will use it anyway but its so unpleasant. What a waste of money.
just no
very stong cherrie smell like cough syrup broke me out and is greasy feeling
Dermatitis: allergic reaction
I bought that moisturizer 4 days ago and returned it yesterday. I am a first time user of that brand. I am a regular consumer of moisturizer : Strivectin, Clarins, La Roche-Posay, Neutrogena, Roc, Cerave etc. And I never had an allergic reaction to any other products before in my life (50 years old). I developed an allergic rash that looks like a dermatitis. Tomorrow, I am going to see my dermatologist to get her opinion. I should never have left that Sunday Riley nice representative to convince me to switch moisturizer and buy her brand instead. Lesson learned. I hope that the rash is going to recede pretty soon. I have an important appointment in two weeks!
Discontinued?
Of course I find my perfect nightly and winter moisturizer and it gets discontinued, or at least it looks that way. Hopefully I'm wrong! Highlights: Does not break out my acne-prone skin, moisturizing without being greasy, silicone free, and has a light beautiful vanilla smell. It's perfect so of course it would be discontinued.
One of the best
I used a sample and started to love this moisturizer. I usually bought a couple when it's on sale. It moisturizes but not greasy. It does what it says. I also got my coworkers live this. Overall, great product!
