Patchy & Creasy

I was pretty excited to try this because everything else I've bought from Juvia's Place has been lovely. It went on fairly smoothly and was easy to pat in before applying eyeshadow- so good so far. Unfortunately, before I could even get on eyeshadow, it had already creased. Not a good sign, but not ...

I always think I'm going to gravitate towards something better, but this primer has a hold on me. It does require shaking(shake it every time before use, it separates) and I sometimes apply with a concealer brush to sheer it out, but it's my favorite for vivid mattes and it does not let my red, veiny lids compromise color payoff lol. I have combination sensitive skin and my eyelids are mildly textured, and as long as I prep my eyes with skincare and allow it to fully sink in, I personally don't have issues with creasing or pilling.

Great but it needs a LOT of shaking.

The primer feels so nice and smooth and non-sticky like others I've tried in the past. It came to me separated already and it can be hard to mix back together. You have to shake it like it owes you money.

This product seperates horribly inside the tube and no matter how much you shake it, it doesnt mix. The formula is horrible.

I paid for primer. Not water.

I bought the lightest shade two weeks ago, never used it, never even opened it until yesterday. Immediately, clear liquid shot out. I had to shake the tube to mix it, which I've never had to do before. My shadows clung and blended well but by the end of the night, my shadow was completely creased and looked like it was rubbing off. My eyelids looked greasy. I hadn't touched my eyes at all, I wasn't sweating, I don't have oily skin, and I used Charlotte Tilbury setting spray so you'd think *that* would have locked it all in but it nope. This primer came on high recommendation, so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
