This product reminds of the water gel. Upon application, my skin felt hydrated and soft. I have been using it morning and night for 2 days. It's a good serum for first impression. For a dry skin girl especially in the winter this is amazing! Ive tried So many products but my skin soaks up this serum like its water, my skin is glowing and radiant. 10/10 recommend
Perfect lightweight moisturizer
I love that this moisturizer is fragrance free! Use it under a tinted SPF product and have a glowing, even skin tone that feels like I'm not wearing any makeup. Wish Neutrogena would make all of their products fragrance free! My skin has cleared up quite a bit since using this product.

This serum works best at hydrating your skin compared to many other products. I have very sensitive skin and get facial swelling or allergy to many other brands, including the high end ones in the department stores. Even the hydro boost water cream causes my eyes to swell up from allergy. But this ultra hydrating serum is great. I was surprised to get compliment on my skin!

So so so disappointed with the change in formula and the change in the bottle/applicator. Much stickier making it harder to apply and the new applicator is simply inconvenient and given the efficacy of the previous applicator, clearly unnecessary. I've been using this serum for 4-5 years but the new formula does not make my skin feel smooth and soft like it used to. Unfortunately this new formula is a waste of money for me. Sadly will have to find a new serum to try
