After cleansing, apply to skin with a cotton pad. Wipe gently in outward motions until the pad comes up clean. For external use only. Avoid eye area. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

No need, would only waste product and just not necessary. Only put a dime worth size in your hands and gently rub into skin. A little goes a long way...

Love this product!!!
I have tried so many toners and they feel like they do nothing. Have no benefits. This toner i can actually tell works and helps. My face is smoother and skin tone and texture has evened out. This is a moisturizing toner and i just love it! I am 54 yrs old with dehydrated wrinkled and have some acne on cheeks. A definite must for mature skin and other skin types i would try it out too! Great value too!
Feels Hydrating
I just got this, but so far I feel it is hydrating to my dry skin. Feels nice putting it on. Very minimal smell.
