Given there are three forms of retinol in this product, what is the percentage of retinol in the entire product? Is it 1%, 3%, 10%? I have sensitive skin and understanding the overall percentage of retinol would be very helpful.

- Official Answer By Perricone MD - Brand EngageThe percentage of retinol doesn't equate to high tolerability, it's the type of retinoids being used. We utilize a triple retinol blend which includes encapsulated retinol (this gives you tremendous benefits of retinol but in a slow, time released format that allows it to be highly tolerable for sensitive skin types), phtyo-retinol which is plant-derived retinol which is incredible for sensitive skin and retinol esters which take some time to convert to retinoic acid, also translating to being highly tolerable for sensitive skin. We also feature a vegetable triglyceride complex (a complex made up of vegetable lipids/fats) and the purpose of this is to 1. help buffer any potential side effects of the retinol also contributing to overall high tolerability of the product on all skin types including sensitive, but also strengthens the moisture barrier allowing skin to become very hydrated and supple.Was this answer helpful to you

I got this on a skincare package and it is amazing leaves my skin so moisturized and feeling amazing! Its not greasy or heavy on the face. So sad that it's almost running out because it's expensive but i think its worth it!
Skin never been this irritated
I have dry skin but not sensitive, can take different acid serums. Tried this once and got red flaky face for 3 days. Tried again a week later, same thing all over again. Too bad I cant return it anymore.

I have extremely sensitive skin and want to purchase a light retinol formula. I came across this product. I noticed the retinol % was not listed so I sent a message via chat asking for % of retinol. The rep stated she didn't have that information but she would escalate my case and needed the email associated with my account. I didn't have an account as I had never purchased anything from this site. She asked me to create an account as that would be the only way for her to log in to my request and reply with the information I was asking for via email. Fair! I went ahead and created an account. In a matter of 4 days, I got bombarded with emails though I did not subscribe to their email list. Ok, np, I'll unsubscribe. 4 days later, and no answer to my question. I decided to call as I figured it might be faster to obtain this information. I proceeded with the inquiry over the phone only to have the rep tell me that these formulas are proprietary and they can not provide that information. WHAT????? I did not ask for the exact formula, I simply need to know the % of retinol because I don't want my skin to fall off. She repeated, "I can not provide that information." I clearly have a genuine interest in the product; otherwise, I would have not gone to the lengths I did to find out the % of retinol in the formula. For this reason alone, I will never purchase anything from this site. I am someone who loves to share skin tips and products with everyone I know. They just lost lots of potential customers that would have been happy to represent the brand without asking for anything in return.
Fragrance is AWFUL
INTENSELY FRAGRANT of rose. Smells like somerhinf my mother wore in the 50's. Is WAY too heavy of a scent which is a turn off and gross smelling to be honest. I only used once and truly couldnt believe how perfumed this was. No longer using it, cant give it away! Doesnt smell fresh or healthy in any way. Pro- it absorbs into skin nicely and isnt too greasy or slippery. But the smell gives me a headache!!
