I have used this product nightly on my neck and décolletage. I believe you would have to use it for months to see a difference. I like the thickness of the product and lack of fragrance. The amount you get in a "pump" of the product is plenty for an area so it will last for awhile. A good purchase to add to your nightly routine.

I have Lupus and this pump is easy to use, which makes life easier. One pump went quite a ways. I have seen some improvement but not as much as I expected on the deeper lines. My pores are smaller and my fine lines are fading. My larger lines are taking longer to notice a difference. I will continue using this as I believe it will just take longer for my larger lines to be reduced as they are deeper. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.

This is a great product. I've been using this product for a few weeks focusing on my problem areas: neck, chest, and hands. I am 44 and have deep lines and uneven texture on my neck and chest due to computer work and sun exposure. My hands have frustrated me for some time because they look much older than I am due to their crepiness, largely stemming from poor moisturizer routines over the years. Since adding Perricone MD's Intense Smoothing Serum a few weeks ago I've noticed a significant improvement in all the above, most notably the smoothness of my chest and hands. I've noticed that as the day goes on my chest becomes smoother and softer and I'm hiding it less. Before it was always rough and bumpy so I would keep it covered. It's definitely a treatment versus a coverup, so the longer you use it the better the results. I'm looking forward to what the next few months will bring after continued use. I've been layering with the Perricone MD Chia Body Oil. Overall, both products are amazing and I'm very happy with my results.
