Chemical burned!
I have used other patches with salicylic acid in them, but never had a burn before so these must be super strong. I used a large patch on my chin area the night before vacation, and the next day when I removed the patch I had a big red burn in its place. It stayed red and the skin dried up and flake...

they're all too big and a waste, it doesn't even work, only good thing is they're cute
Not Effective
Cute, but they're not good at bringing the gunk to the surface. The big kitties are also way too big. I recommend peach slices pimple patches instead, best patches I've used and even more cost-effective than hero or hk patches.
Cute Fun And Does The Job
Left mine on over night although say 6hours took it off and the pimple / blemish / white head was gone and the gunk was on the patch . Cool 🤩
Surprised
I honestly didn't have high expectations but I'm pleasantly surprised. I wore one of the bigger ones during the day and it shrunk a really painful pimple I had.
It gets the gunk out!
I bought these because they were so cute but now these are the only patches I use. There are different sizes but it also brings the puss to the surface which I have never seen before.
