I was so excited to get this blow dryer, but after receiving it, I was immediately disappointed. 1st off its very heavy, 2nd the heat is very high even on the lowest setting,and when applying the cool burst its so cool it hardly drys. I love every Ghd product I've ever bought. The blow dryer is no different. It's light for me not heavy at all. I love that it doesn't completely ruin my hair just like my Ghd flat irons don't. My hair is not completely damaged. It still looks healthy and beautiful throughout the 10+ years I've been using Ghd products. I've gifted Ghd flat irons to family and they love them too.
