Vigorously swish 20 milliliters (4 teaspoonfuls)of rinse between your teeth twice a day for30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. * For 24 hours gingivitis protection, use every day and rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Stop use and ask a dentist if Gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than 2 weeks. You have painful or swollen gums, pus from the gum line, loose teeth, or increasing spacing between teeth. These may be signs or symptoms of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory. If seal is missing, do not use. This rinse may cause temporary staining to the surface of the teeth. This is not harmful, and adequate brushing may prevent its occurrence.

I've been in unbearable pain the last few days due to an issue with a root canal. No matter what painkillers or salt water rinses I tried, nothing seemed to help alleviate my constant pain. I just bought this today and used it one time so far. First impression is finally a mouthwash that doesn't burn or have an over bearing amount of mint flavor. It is a light fresh clean that I know I can use every day. Other mouth washes make me want to cringe. Also bought the 24 gum defense mouthwash and use it after this one, also very fresh clean light flavor, so glad I bought them, will not buy another mouthwash from now on , thank you.

I received one of there bottles for testing purposes with idea I would get completed for it while having my own mouth wash , but I said what and tested it for two weeks, then now said I didn't qualify for compensation, even though product wasn't bad , a company that works like this isn't worth using or relaying on
