In all fairness, I have fine curly hair. This product felt 'funny' on my hair. Not sticky, but almost stiff. Tried to 'break apart' the curls and just got frizz. This is a must for a good curl pattern. I use a Lanza leave in conditioner and then follow it up with the curl flex gel. It leaves your curls looking fabulous! It also isn't crunchy when your hair dries which is great. Can't live without it.
Love/hate relationship
I absolutely hate how it looks and feels when i put it on my hair while wet because it feels sticky and dries out the hair, but once it dries my curls look AMAZING. I just divide the hair while putting it on and use a small amount. Btw i have 3b curls
