Can this be used to set eyeshadow as a base first ?

However, we would like to inform you that our HD Finishing Powder Pressed Setting Powder is not tested for use on your lids, so we cannot recommend it for that purpose. We do have a suggestion for you, though. We recommend using our Ultimate Shadow & Liner Primer, which is a vegan eye primer infused with vitamin E and available in four skin-adapting shades. This primer increases vibrancy and extends the wear of your shadow and eyeliner, and has a super creamy formula with a soft blurring effect that creates the perfect canvas for infinite eye looks. After applying your eyeshadow, we suggest using a setting spray to help set everything. Setting spray is not just great for the face, but it's also a game-changer for your eye makeup. After applying your eye makeup, close your eyes and do a quick spritz over the eye area in a left to right motion before applying mascara. This will help set your eye makeup and make it last longer. In the image with the swatches are the Mint Green and Banana colors mislabeled? Color #2 looks greenish while color #3 looks more yellow (color #1 looks white on darker skin so I believe that is still "Translucent"). Please advise.

Not effective
This product highlights only imperfections by enhancing fine lines and wrinkles on face and enlarges the pores. There is no coverage or color payoff whatsoever and leaves white powdery cast or residue that is unnatural looking. It is not worth the time and money for useless product.

I needed a new powder and decided to get this one. It definitely gets rid of any shine and sets my foundation in place all day. It also makes my skin feel very soft, as other more expensive powders have made my face feel chalky. I also noticed I haven't had any flashback in photos, which is also a problem ai've hadbwith more expensive powder. This is definitely worth it for the price.

its good for the price, but i do have to carry it with me for touch ups throughout the day or night. fair warning, applying too much will make you white and chalky. but with the right amount, it gives a nice finish withouth being overly drying or cakey. i just wish it lasted longer on the skin.
