Formulated Without

Swirl a powder brush over the powder. Tap off the excess. Apply onto the face and neck to set makeup.

Best powder for dry skin
I have pretty dry skin and because this powder has the tiniest bit of a glow it is perfect for me. It also the BEST sifter turning mechanism for such an affordable powder. This is a good product, it does exactly what it should. It does look a bit drying (as any powder would) but even did look a bit drying even with a dewy setting spray. Overall a good product though and affordable.
