Does Not Dry Out Hair

This is the best volumising shampoo for my dry, fragile, fine, very long hair. Most volumising shampoos dry out my hair and add more frizz. This one left my hair soft and added a bit of volume at my roots. But why do volumising shampoos use mint as a fragrance? Not fond of the mint fragrance but thankfully it is not strong and doesn't linger.
