Still figuring it out
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product I definitely struggled with at first. I think my hair was just too long for it. I recently got a hair cut, and I think since that I am able to see the results much better. I am still working on how to get the best results with the least amount of fizz. The actual set up of the tool is pretty easy. The hard part is getting your hair not to get too frizzy. I have not mastered that yet. I have found this works best when I have previously blown out my hair and then want some more volume in it. The amount of steam that comes out is great and the set up is fast. It is light weight. I am not sure I would have purchased this item if I was not gifted it but maybe I just have not figured out how to properly use it yet.
