Will this help with hair loss caused by stress?

We recommend taking the supplement for 6 months. Once the course is over, we suggest that you continue to take 1 supplement a day for 2-3 months and observe if the hair quality stays the same or if the shedding starts again. If you take Biotin, Zinc, and Iron supplements you will get more or less the same results as what you get with this product... at a fraction of the price! Works, but takes time
I have tried many, many, many hair vitamins, supplements, and serums, including the priciest on the market. This is the only one I come back to. It really works. But keep in mind two things: it takes at least three months of continuous use to start seeing the results. You pretty much have to take this all the time. Two: don't expect miracles. The improvement will be noticeable, but realistic - this will take you from very bad to ok, from ok to just good, etc.
