Step 1: Press and hold the oval button on the front of the device for 2 seconds to power it on. Wait 30 seconds for the curler to heat up. The curler is ready to use when the red silicone sensor at the upper tip of the device changes from red to white.
Step 2: Choose either the low or high temperature setting. When the oval button on the front of the device is yellow, it indicates the low temperature setting. To switch to the high temperature setting, simply press the oval button one more time. The high temperature setting is indicated by a green light.
Step 3: Rest the curler near the lash base and pull upward, then hold for 30 seconds along the lashes for a beautiful upswept curl. Repeat as necessary.
Step 4: That's it! It's that easy. To recharge, simply plug the included charging cable into the device and connect to any USB port. The device takes about 2 hours to full charge and should last for 2 hours on a full charge.

Did nothing
Figured I would give this a try because my lashes don't curl that good but this did nothing at all. Returned it.
Don't bother!
It does have two heat settings that were safe to use, even for my 11YO, for whom I purchased this product. She has long, straight lashes. There was NO difference, even when I helped her.
After 2 Years
I've given this plenty of time so hope it helps. It seems to only keep the lift for about an hour. I bought it because at 65+ my lashes were coming out every time I used my manual curler and I never did my lashes without curling them first. I used to wear makeup everyday but now it's not worth the time and trouble but I still use it when I do. I have very thin lashes that are light and can't see them without mascara. They curl very easy but I honestly don't think this curls them nearly as well as a manual curler. I wonder if the heat will make my lashes dry out like a flat iron does my hair?! The curler itself has two settings and takes about a minute to heat up. I've never had a problem with it working or charging. It does turn off quickly and you have to push the button to turn it back on and since I spend a significant time on my lashes I have to push the button 2-3 times per eye to keep it on. I like the hotter, dark green setting opposed to the lighter green setting because even though my lashes are very thin the cooler setting seems to do nothing. I tried using it several times since I was worried about the heat but it didn't matter how many times I went over my lashes they didn't look any different. I would probably buy it again if it was on sale but if your having problems with your lashes coming out like I did then I would try it. You might not have the lift and curl that lasts all day with the manual curler but you will have your lashes. I really hope this helps someone🫶🏼
No… very little results and difficult to use.

Bought it hoping to get better results than with a regular eye lash curler. So disappointed though! It does not curl at all even when following the directions precisely. Not worth buying. Too bad its too late to return it.
