The taste and texture are absolutely perfect. I only took them for 30 days so I can't attest to them actually having any effect on my hair or nails. They are simply too expensive for me to continue purchasing them, which is why I gave them a 3 rating.

I had a horrible excperience at a salon...i askes for long layers and got my hair chopped off. I was looking for something to help grow my hair faster so i bought these after having good luck with their brow serum. Ya'll they work! Ive been taking them for almost 2 months and just to show how well they work, i haven't had my roots touched up since i started them, gowth is almost 1 1/2! Im so happy i could almost cry. Having someone ruin your hair is a knock to your self-esteem, but these give me hope. i haven't noticed my skin or nails...but the hair growth is amazing. I wish they were cheaper, but I lucked up and caught them half off during a sale, so i stocked up. They work yall, buy em!
