Simply pour the Wakse beans in a Wakse Melting Pot or Melting Pot Electric, place in the microwave oven and heat for 45 second intervals until Wakse is the consistency of honey. Actual heat times may vary depending on your microwave/wax warmer settings. If consistency is too thin, allow to cool and thicken. Test Wakse's temperature on wrist before application.
Firmly apply Wakse in the direction of hair growth. Leave to cool, then firmly peel off Wakse, pulling it back in the opposite direction of the hair growth.
A reusable spatula is included inside of every Wakse retail jar.
Precautions: Ensure the wax is not too hot or too cold before applying to skin.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
Do not use if your skin has suffered any adverse reactions to wax in the past.
Do not use it within 2 hours after taking a shower, or sunbathing. If you are on medication that affects skin or you have a skin related disorder, consult your doctor before use. Keep out of reach from Children.

can't microwave
bought the gold put in microwave as directed and microwave started sparking. only thing i can figure is the color of beads must have metal in it.

GREAT if you know what you're doing
This product is great, period. You just have to know what youre doing. Hard wax in general can be finicky m, luckily i work in a spa and know first hand what it takes. You need to make sure you apply it right, and enough if it, and the right temperature. Have cleansed dry skin that isnt too warmed up (dont wax right after a shower, etc). Your hair also must be long enough, thats a rule with any type of wax. A lot of the review pictures i see, i can tell people are applying it too thin. If you are having trouble getting it to harden, it's either too hot and you need to adjust it or you are too warm and you cool yourself down. Definitely recommend using a wax pot (i keep my wax around 130 degrees usually), the microwave cup is trash and makes it so much harder to use. So far the pineapple is my fave of the scents i have tried.
