I love the applicator and the medium shade is perfect for me. Couple of cons: You have to go back in the bottle for each stamp so it can take a little longer. It is NOT waterproof or sweat proof. Once again having awful customer service issues. Package is missing, free items can not be replaced worh any free items and Jeffrey from customer seevice was down right condescending and rude.
