Poor handle design
I had high hopes for this brush but the handle was hard to hold onto. The brush was flexible which may have been okay but the handle was too flimsy which made it awkward and difficult to use drying my hair. I ended up returning it.

I love that these brushes don't pull, wet or dry. But this is my third one due to breakage. I don't drop them and they don't pull so I'm not stressing the brush the last two have just broke, snapped. But I will continue to buy them unless there is a better brush that won't damage my hair.
