The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct Acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

It can also exfoliate areas of the body experiencing rough and bumpy skin. However, we do not recommend applying this product to covered areas of the body such as the inner thighs or underarms, as these areas may have more sensitive skin, and the natural occlusion of these regions may make them more prone to irritation. I love this product it is officially apart of my skincare routine. I use this everyday it has helped diminish my acne scars on my face. And has also lighten the stretch marks on my butt. I highly encourage you to buy this product if your interested in diminishing your acne scars at an affordable price! Side note: there is a small stickness to my face. But when I say small. I love this product for the convenience of finalizing my cleaning routine in the evening before adding my next step in the product line doesn't burn makes my face feel really clean. I have used The Ordinary for years. Exfoliate with toner, followed by niacinamide 10% zinc, hyaluronic 2%, then moisturizer with HA. Skin is great for 67, get many compliments.
