Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Pump it and rub all over. Wash your hands after use. Your skin will feel hydrated, silky smooth, bronzed + glowy.

Does the self tan gel actually give a noticeable tan and do you recommend people with light to warm skin tines but the insanely dark tanning gel and mousse or lighter tanning gel or mousee mousse

Is the base purple like other products in the B.Tan line or is this one different? I noticed that several people in the reviews said that the results were more orange. That has not been my experience with other B.Tan products.

- Official Answer By b.tan - Brand Engagehi lovely! there is no color base to glow your own way next level. this is a clear self tan gel for those who like their tan insanely dark. we recommend only 1-2 pumps per limb and reallyyy blending it into the skin so that it's not built up and wet on the skin (which can cause orange hues to occur). if you are looking something with a color base - we recommend the love at first tan self tan mousse as it has a violet base to combat orange tones. happy tanning :) xxWas this answer helpful to you

If you can get it PERFECT, it's a great product
TL;DR It takes way too much effort to use this "correctly" and you might still end up with a weird looking glow. IMO, it's too finicky. My Process: I am quite pale and have dry skin, so I moisturize and exfoliate like crazy before using this — in-shower full-body exfoliation with glove made of nuts...

I bought this thinking I may have found a self tanner that worked well.The gel is nice but it turned me orange and around my feet and ankles it was a burnt orange. Dont buy this thinking it will give you bronze skin it wont.It was also very sticky as it dried
This stuff is literally magic ??
I've used so many tans, this stuff has by far the prettiest results. It's so easy to apply, sleep in, etc. I accidentally dropped a glob of it on my white sink and forgot about it- no stains whatsoever. Not on clothing or bedding either. I love it!!!!!! It's affordable, has hardly any smell at all. Most tans look super blotchy on my face and cling to my dry spots but this left my face one solid color and super moisturized. I can't say enough good things about this product. I apply it nightly to my face with my other skin care and every morning I have the prettiest glowing skin ever, I haven't even worn foundation in months.

Easy to apply, but since it goes on clear its hard to see what areas have been missed or need to be rubbed in. The color is more orange and the smell is not great. However the price and quantity of the product is good.
Not insanely dark
I like the gel consistency. I don't feel that it was insanely dark. Tested my skin and husband's pale skin, neither were given insane dark results. The color does go more orange. I will continue to use it but will be cautious around joints and hands.

As someone with CASPER level pale skin, self tan has always been a but daunting to use since almost all of them turn orange on me, but the color from this product is very nice and came out non streaky for the most part. I have a couple mistake spots but thats due to my own error. The key to using this product is TAKING YOUR TIME, its clear, you cant see it that well, so take your time thoroughly rubbing the product in!! Work section by section!! And make sure your skin is HYDRATED, before application to help with a smooth and seamless tan
