Bristles falling out on 1st use
I bought this brush less than 2 weeks ago, and forgot I bought it. When I used it this week, the bristles literally started coming out on my face! I didn't know what to think bcuz usually all my RT brushes work great! So disappointed this time!

I bought it 15 days ago and decided to wash it with a special soap to clean brushes and it got all damaged, its bristles started to fall out until the whole piece ended up coming out 😞

entire head fell off
I was doing my makeup for Valentine's Day and the ENTIRE BRUSH HEAD fell from the handle. in one piece. I'm impressed it managed to do that ... I love the brush when it works it gives me a glowy airbrushed look and the bristles are soft. I would get it replaced but I'm strapped for cash at the moment, but I shouldn't have to do that. I got this brush around December and it's February 14th ... it shouldn't fall apart like that ...
