I tried this some years ago and loved it but the last time I bought this (last year) it's not the same. It basically sits on top of my skin and pills. I initially bought this product for some sense of glow in the winter, but use it all year round now. I am very white, and I often look pale and washed out. (Like my mom is always trying to add blush to me...and at 60...that is definitely getting old. lol!) But when I use this gel...she says I glow! (Yeah!) Normally bronzing items just make my face look dingy...but not this one. It is so soft and smooth, and gives me a wonderful sunkissed look that shines through whether I use make-up or not. I am going to give the new pink a try, but I will never part with the bronze. I highly recommend.

I bought the bronze and loved the luminosity and glow but once a single layer dried down it pills off the skin. I use it alone but would not recommend using under makeup .

I tried rubbing all over my face and it seemed to be slightly cakey. It does not glow on me but looks greasy. If I sent it back, Origins wanted the promotional samples back also. I have been a lifelong customer and thought this was in poor taste. I will not be so eager to try the new products in the future.

Absolutely LOVE this cream! I have the Pearl color and it makes my face look fresh and gives it a nice luminous glow. Also a small amount of it goes a long way. Here is how I use it: I take slightly less than 1/2 a teaspoon of the cream and mix it with 2 drops of L'Oréal True Match foundation. Once it's mixed I apply it to my face with a foundation brush. Then I use Polite Society setting powder (the peach/pink powder). It's makes my face look soft and luminous. It's a perfect moisturizer by itself if you don't want to mix in foundation. My daughter prefer a minimal coverage and dislikes foundation so she combines the cream with L'Oréal True Match face tint. Regardless of what type of coverage you prefer this cream will help your skin glow in all the right places, plus it's not a heavy cream and keeps your face hydrated all day!
