As a base coat:
Apply one coat to clean nails and follow with your favorite lakur shade.
As a treatment:
Apply 2 coats to bare nails every other day for the first 2 weeks, then reapply every 4-5 days during week 3 and 4. For best results, repeat this routine every 3-4 weeks.

Anything but nail hardener
My nails peeled and were weakened by this product, it took months to undo what this product did.

IT WORKS
This is the ONLY nail strengthener I've used that ACTUALLY works. My nails are naturally thin, and have a tendency to flake, this stuff has helped my nails become tougher, break and flake less, and also makes an excellent base coat under nail polish, which is how I've been using it. Can't recommend it enough!
