Let it sit for about 2–3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. We recommend using it 3 times a week for best results. Afterward, you can apply B-TIGHT to your bum! Just a heads-up that it may cause a warming sensation, which is totally normal. 🔥 If the tingle feels too intense, simply wash it off with soap and cold water to help reduce the heat. The bottle was only 75% full when received. After only two uses, its pretty much gone. I have maybe one more use left. It smells like milk or creamer thats been left out all day. You coukd buy three tree hut scrubs for the price of this. Do not buy!
