I bought this for my eras tour outfit, and immediately the gems started to fall off and I don't feel like they're relevant. They're cute and fun but they are not very good quality and overall I feel very cheap and I just feel like they could've stayed longer. I just I am so disappointed

Picked up one of these before going to Taylor Swift in London, its awesome! Super easy to use and the gems totally completed my Eras hair look. They also combed right out at the end of the night. It's nice they sell refills separately, the device is really well made and definitely can be reused for a long time
