First of all, Fully Charged is one of my all time favorite mascaras! It separates like no other, and I like it so much better than Better than Sex mascara. It doesn't clump as much as Too Faced. I got this duo set over Christmas with this primer, and can I say, WOW! It makes such a difference!...

I could not recommend this primer. After applying and drying the primer, I applied mascara which appeared clumpy and thick. I had to remove and reapply my makeup. I used the mascara without the primer and got a better result. Thankfully the product was on sale and I redeemed points to purchase. I am disappointed in the wasted points
