Diane Freeform Detangle Brush

This brush is great for kids. The bristles have great traction. Has mini fingers if you will that flex around the hair shaft. Doesn't work on my hair that has hand tied extensions. Kids don't mind it at all

It gets stuck frequently and very hard to brush. Feels like it can snap. It also pulls out a lot of my hair. I think the brush is better suited for curly or fine hair. It's a good price but not for me

I wasn't sure how I would like it since it feels flimsy compared to a standard brush, but it glides effortlessly through my hair without tangling like a normal brush. Worked well on my hair when curly and straight! Very easy to clean any hair left in it also!

I am truly obsessed with this brush. Upon originally receiving, I wasn't sure how much I'd actually like this, just because I've never seen a brush designed like this previously. The separation in between the bristles, though is the perfect solution to a standard hairbrush. The brush actually moves with your hair and causes less friction and pulling than a traditional hairbrush. It is great for detangling, and I will definitely continue to use this. Very happy.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like the unique design of this brush a lot. There are several bristled "fingers" that flex as you brush, helping to pull hair less. The open top makes it so easy to clean out hair, it's by far the easiest brush I've ever cleaned. It works on all hair types, but I see why it's designed for curly hair. If you turn the brush vertically when brushing your wet hair you can pull your hair through the larger sections to keep curls in chunky sections rather than thin, brushed out sections, which always looks nicer imo. It does pull dry hair a bit when detangling as the bristles are semi hard and aren't super flexible, but once you get through the tangles the brush feels AMAZING on your scalp. It's perfectly curved to the shape of your head so it feels like getting a scalp massage, encouraging blood flow to the scalp which is necessary for hair growth. Where this brush really shines is on really wet hair, it detangles so easily and works great after applying product to section out curls. If you struggle with stringy, fine curls then give this brush a shot!
