When I think about 2020, and the times we're in today -- the seclusion, exclusion and suffocation of it all, being in nature has been the single greatest thing that has brought me healing, hope and renewal. I was not part of the Forest Lungs test group. I purchased Forest Lungs the day it was releas...ed based on The Nue Co.'s reputation to heal from the inside out. If somehow, they could capture the essence of nature in a bottle, it would become my favorite aroma. I'm going to be honest. I had to give it some time. My initial impression was the "fragrance" was too strong, too masculine, too much like a cologne versus a therapeutic aroma. It was through continued use the ingredients began to separate themselves and provide therapeutic benefits that I experience in nature. Over time I grew to love it more and more, and now -- don't go a day without it. With two sprays, it instantly calms, renews and neutralizes the harsh realities of everyday life. I don't use it "instead of" nature, I use it "in tandem" with being outdoors. I applaud The Nue Co. capturing just the right combination of aromas to create a nature elixir of the gods. PRO TIPS: 2-4 sprays in a diffuser fills the room with delight. 2 sprays on a pillow before bed aids in a good night, restful sleep. Give it time, especially if it's not "your thing" right away, it will grow on you, I promise. Recommend it to a friend who loves aroma therapy, nature or grounding practices.
