With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

Ok so I have had a reoccurring yeast infection for dang near two years now. I have exhausted all other options. Used boric acid here and there and STILL had issues once I stopped using it. I finally heard someone say try a vaginal suppository probiotic instead of an oral one because sometimes the oral ones don't really reach our vaginas that well. I used this every day for 5 days and it's been months and my vagina is FINALLY normal again I could CRY!!!!! This stuff is amazing.
