With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

i tried these after a round of the killer like reccomended and i noticed after the first night of using flora power my discharge was thicker almost yellow and a foul smell which i didn't have before using the suppository. i figured this was just from the ingredients and i needed to let it work through my system. i skipped a night to ensure everything came out from night 1. on night 3 i once again used the flora power. the next morning the irritation was pretty severe, very itchy and dry feeling, but i've also noticed my vaginal opening feels extremely swollen and uncomfortable. i'm assuming my vagina is too sensitive for these suppositories which is upsetting as i really wanted these to work for me ): i loved the killer tho and i've been enjoying the probiotics and vitamins i got!

My gynecologist wanted me to start taking a probiotic with lactobacillus in it, but unfortunately they all gave me horrible GI distress. This is a great alternative if you have issues with yeast, itchiness, and odor and have a sensitive stomach/can't tolerate oral probiotic supplements. I use it once per week with a boric acid another time per week for maintenance and prevention of yeast.
