I really like this lash guard and comb. First off, this is from a trusted brand: Tweezerman.Second, his lash guard and comb really does the job nicely! This is a full coverage lash guard. You can slip it right beneath your lashes and it will keep your under eye area completely clean as you apply oth...

Does not work for short straight sparse lashes
Went against my better judgment to purchase this. I was desperate to find a lash separator that was safer to use and not poke my eye since I'm clumsy and often in a hurry. I scrutinized the shape, space between prongs (still too wide) and how it was held and despite thinking it was likely to be us...

I still ended up getting mascara on my lids while using this product. Didn't work as intended. Perhaps it is meant for people with small eyes? I have almond shaped eyes and it didn't work for me
Love the concept but it's flawed
I wish I'd paid attention to the reviews. The size of this was huge on my eyes! Literally does not fir the curve of the eye and therefore defeats the purpose of the tool. I'd love to see them produce this in different sizes and shapes and be more inclusive. Not all ethnicities have perfectly proportioned almond eyes.
Game changer!
I was skeptical but saw this tool on sale and figured it was worth a try. I tried it once to test and had to play around with placement, especially on my non-dominant side, but after just a few uses I've figured it out. I'm very uncoordinated and also have difficulty holding items like this still, especially near my eyes, and this is easy for me to hold. I'm very impressed.
Great for old hands and eyes
Less mascara mistakes

Great concept, but the tool needs to fit the curve of your eye perfectly to work. I think the plastic is a bit too thick, which makes it difficult to get down to the base of your lashes. It also basically only works for the center lashes of the top eye, as it doesn't flex for the outer and inner lashes. As for using it on the bottom lashes, don't even bother. Overall, I find it takes much too long to use. Will return and go back to just wiping errant mascara away with a q-tip.
