If you're using a separate heat protectant, apply it after the leave-in conditioner and before you begin blow-drying or straightening. Let me start off by saying my hair was freaking fried after over bleaching I went to 3 different hairdressers the 1st one messed my hair up so I went to the second hairdresser she fixed it then told me to hold off on the bleaching, of course my dumb self was impatient and went to a third hairdresser and she bleached it and it fried/broke off a good amount of my hair. I started using the redken acidic bonding which I love then a month after I started using this extreme lengthening leave in conditioner and the shampoo. I have 2c and 3a curls combined and let me tell u my hair went from fried stiff texture to my normal wavy to curly hair shape with no frizz after using this extreme lengthening line after the second wash! I cried of joy! thank you redken!
