Keep refrigerated to ensure firmness. To open the package, separate one shell from the rest, then peel apart the flat plastic tabs. Insert vaginally. When possible, lie down for at least 20 minutes to support absorption. Night-time use suggested.

I purchased this for my wife because she is experiencing dryness due to menopause. After reading some of the reviews. The product works and helped her a lot, but she is not sure she wants to deal with the hassle of opening them. The packaging is extremely difficult to open. It takes a lot of effort to pull the tabs apart and at times the melts are half melted due to the heat from her hands. We had similar issues with a pack of Vibrance Melts with CBD that bought along with this.

Note: Vibrance melts are smaller and meant more for every day maintenance versus the other product offerings (of melts). If I figure out what the scent is from; I'll update my post. It is organic, same as everything else from FORIA. The different odor of the Vibrance melts is not a deal-breaker; it just that the others are more pleasing to the nose palette for us personally. You will see if you mix and match FORIA melts. Vibrance is the CHEAPEST OPTION of melts however. Thanks for playing.

I love these! I feel fresh and renewed! But I really struggle to open the capsules! Can these be made for arthritic aging hands?
