Why do you continue to discontinue your products? It has become very difficult to continue to be a loyal customer after 30 years when every product I use is no longer available when I go to replace it. It has gotten ridiculous. This is NOT Instant Perfector. Quit creating products only to take them away. Obviously your customers are getting fed up. There are one after another complaining about this, yet another new, replacement for something that didn't need to be replaced.

Is this primer supposed to ball up on my face when applying?

Please bring back instant perfector. There is no other pore filler that works as well. Need it back. This does nothing for my enlarged pores

This does not work nearly as well as the old Pore Refiner. It melts off quickly and does not cover pores well at all. What is wrong with it? Is there a trick to it. Why they discontinued the other is beyond me.

Annoyingly hard to distribute, i have to massage it in a lot more than other primers that just melt in. When I try to massage it in I notice clumps that just roll around on top of my skin. Don't buy this
I bought this primer because Clinique is a great makeup/skincare brand & their products are good quality. I don't like the texture and formula at all. The primer formula is hard to blend, and once you blend it, it pills. I have tried other primers like elf that are much better than this.
Dissatisfied for the price
I bought this primer back in Feb 2025 with a whole line of clinique, first time ever using this brand since I usually use bare minerals foundation and a tarte shape tape concealer. I wanted to give a try with something new to not feel washed out since I am pretty fair in my complexion. I worked with someone in Ulta in the clinque section tested in the store with them applying all the product, while there I bought a few clinque products since they used everything for a color match. I regret the purchase as the primer was not easy to apply as it seemed in the store I've used a few different primers from elf power grip, nyx marshmallow, too faced hangover Rx, and milk brand primers all I would rather use instead of this one due to the smoothness of application. This primer is not easily spreadable and will pill up if not dabed into the skin compared to others where you can massage into the face lightly without fuss. Long story short for the price you should grab something else. Also makeup looked horrible after 8 hrs, so much for "24H" coverage on the clinque foundation, I'll stick with my usuals.

Applies smooth and silky but not for me. Makes my skin oily and seems to make pores show more.
Recommended during consult
This product was recommended alongside the Clinique under ear concealor. I should have returned it but tried to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe I wasn't applying correctly. I'm about half a tube in and same issues. The $10 Elf poreless primer goes on so much smoother.
